Acceptance and Integration Training™ (AAIT)

What is AAIT™?

Acceptance and Integration Training® (AAIT) is a leading-edge approach to therapy. AAIT™ is not traditional talk therapy; therefore, we will not spend much time exploring the WHY of the problem. Similarly, you will not be required to provide a detailed narrative of life’s painful past in order to experience healing. Instead, we’ll work together as we apply simple, easy-to-follow AAIT™ methods to directly address the issues you wish to work on. AAIT™ can be applied to small problems, large problems and anything in between.

As you participate in AAIT™, you will experience increased emotional freedom and control of your well-being. Further, you will develop new insights helping you to better understand yourself and the world around you. Additionally, I will teach you easy-to-use home practice methods to further advance and sustain your progress. The AAIT™ model is highly efficient and it’s benefits tend to remain long-term. I have experienced such success both personally and professionally with Acceptance and Integration Training® that I use the AAIT™ model exclusively in my practice at this time.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN AAIT™?

In short, EVRYONE! Participation in AAIT™ requires no previous experience or knowledge. Additionally, there are no “right” or “wrong” issues for which to use AAIT™. You just show up ready to feel better and motivated for change and the rest is my job! Easy, right? If you’re ready for authentic & life-changing transformation, this is for you. Let’s get started!

WHO MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT?

AAIT™ is highly successful at bringing resolution to life’s problems and instilling feelings of peace and wholeness. Often, we are able to resolve problems and emotional wounds much quicker than in traditional talk therapy. Because of the accelerated nature of the work I do, this may not be a good fit if you are not yet ready to experience true and lasting change. If you’re in the contemplation stage of making change and looking for a therapist to just listen, you will likely be best served by traditional talk therapy. In this case, AAIT™ and our work together will be more valuable to you a little further along your journey. Have questions? Let’s get them answered — schedule your free phone consultation today)!

At this time, I only see clients who identify as women in my practice. If you are a male interested in finding an AAIT™ practitioner, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to connect you with another skilled therapist!
